What patients say on Google

“I cannot say enough good things about this office. Our provider is Malinda NP and she is phenominal with tons of knowledge. Tiffany in the office helps me every single month due to pharmacy issues. This entire practice is so professional and caring. And our girl is thriving again with some assistance and understanding from Ms Malinda.”

“PLEASE READ AND DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FACILITY‼️‼️ DPS Health and Wellness needs to be dismantled or shut down all together! My longterm psychiatrist retired, so I was trying to find someone to continue my anxiety medication. DPS was recommended to me, but for a specific Dr. in Milligville Ga.. He didn't accept my insurance, so I had to go with the facility's option, Ms. Rocsan in Savannah's office. The 1st phone appointment seemed promising. She was suppose to call the meds in, that never happened, yet still, I continued to be patient. Next phone appt. came, she sent the link twice, neither link worked, then I called the office after about 7 mins of trying to check in to my session. The person I spoke with claimed Ms. Rocsan left a note stating she called me twice...(LIE), there was no answer or voicemail...(LIE), due to the fact that I was waiting by the phone in hopes of someone from the office reaching out to me which normally happens in instances like this. Ms. Rocsan also said I missed the 15min window...(LIE)!!! The person I spoke with also stated, (Quote):"Since we're still within the 15min window, Ms. Rocsan still has time to do your session so let me reach out to her and I will call you right back", (Unquote). I never received a call back that day so I called back the next day and spoke with someone again and she read me the same lying notes Ms. Rocsan stated. She claimed she was going to check things out and call me back but never did. A couple hrs later I was emailed a $50 MISCELLANEOUS charge when I have medicaid and have no visit charges Lol I called billing and they can not identify the charge so they disputed it! I can't speak for all DPS offices, but the Savannah office needs to be shut down immediately for its unethical practices, unprofessionalism, fraud, and attempting to take advantage of patients with mentnal health issues, (which is of course unethical). I've never experienced so called Mental Health professionals with such horrible disregard for patients with such sensitive needs. I've already reprted them to the BBB, as well as a Ga. Medical Dispute resource, and will be doing more reporting and complaining to every resource available because this office HAS to be shut down or revamped according to the multiple complaints which are similar to mine! Such a disgrace!”

“I trusted DPS Health and Wellness during one of the hardest moments of my life after losing my daughter, and instead of receiving compassion, support, or understanding, I left feeling completely dismissed, unheard, and emotionally abandoned. I had a virtual appointment with Shantera Clark on February 24, 2026, because I was struggling mentally and trying to explain what I’ve been dealing with. While expressing my grief and emotions about my daughter passing away, I felt like an insensitive comment was made regarding my daughter. When I tried to explain how it made me feel, instead of listening professionally, I was interrupted, disrespected, and told she “wasn’t about to listen to this” and “didn’t have to listen to this” before hanging up on me during the appointment. Imagine reaching out for mental health help while grieving your child, finally trying to open up, only to be hung up on and ignored. What hurt even more was the lack of follow-up afterward. No one checked on me. No concern for my mental state. Nothing. This was after already dealing with constant issues involving delayed appointments, medication refills, and feeling like my concerns about my medication not working were never taken seriously. Mental health patients deserve patience, empathy, and respect especially people dealing with grief and trauma. Nobody seeking help should be made to feel like a burden for expressing pain. I’m writing this because people need to know my experience before trusting this facility with their mental health care. I stayed quiet for a while because I already struggle opening up to people, but patients have rights too, and our voices deserve to be heard.”
